Websites that bring in enquiries. Automations that answer them.

Fast websites for businesses, and the automations that answer every enquiry.

What I build

  1. Websites

Custom-designed websites and landing pages that load fast on mobile data and turn visitors into enquiries.

    • Design and development
    • Mobile-first, fast pages
    • Enquiry forms and WhatsApp buttons
    • Basic SEO and Google-ready setup
    • You own the code and the domain

    Discuss a website

  2. Automations

Systems that run after someone contacts you, so no enquiry sits unanswered.

    • Instant replies to new enquiries
    • Leads saved to Google Sheets or your tools
    • Alerts to you or your team
    • Automatic follow-ups
    • Built with n8n and APIs

    Discuss an automation

  3. Website + Automation

The website’s enquiry form feeds the automation directly: one setup, end to end.

    • Everything above, connected
    • One person accountable for the whole flow

    Discuss both

Selected work

Concept projects and prototypes, built end to end to show what I can make for a real business.

Forgeworks home page on desktop: a dark gym interior behind the headline “This mill rolled steel for the better part of a century. Now it shapes people.” with a “Start your free trial” button.
Forgeworks home page on a phone: the same headline with stacked “Start your free trial” and “See membership plans” buttons.

Forgeworks Athletic Club

  • Concept website
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Vite
  • Tailwind CSS

Concept project: a fictional business I designed and built. Names, photos and reviews inside it are invented.

A complete website for a fictional strength gym, designed to turn visitors into free-trial sign-ups.

  • 10 pages, including memberships, class timetable and trainer profiles
  • Free-trial booking flow
  • Brand, copywriting and art direction created from scratch
Windward House home page on desktop: a sunset photo of a coastal bridge behind the headline “A quiet edge of the coastline”, with “Reserve your stay” and an availability bar below.
Windward House home page on a phone: the sunset coastline photo, the headline and two booking buttons.

Windward House

  • Concept website
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Vite
  • Tailwind CSS

Concept project: a fictional business I designed and built. Names, photos and reviews inside it are invented.

A boutique-hotel website with a working four-step booking flow, built as an editorial alternative to template hotel sites.

  • Four-step booking flow with live price calculation
  • Room detail pages with galleries and availability check
  • Editorial design across rooms, dining and grounds
The n8n workflow editor with four connected steps: Webhook, Edit Fields, Append row in sheet, and Send a text message.

Enquiry Autopilot

  • Automation prototype
  • n8n
  • Telegram Bot API
  • Google Sheets

A working prototype of an automation that logs every new enquiry in a Google Sheet and alerts the business on Telegram within seconds.

  • Catches each website form submission the moment it’s sent
  • Adds the enquiry to a Google Sheet with a timestamp, source and a “New” status
  • Alerts the team on Telegram with the lead’s details and a one-tap WhatsApp link

What happens after the form

Most businesses lose enquiries in the gap between ‘form submitted’ and ‘someone calls back’. This is the system I build to close that gap.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Someone fills your website form or ad form

  2. 02

    Instant reply

They get a reply within seconds, on WhatsApp, Telegram or email

  3. 03

    Saved

Their details land in a Google Sheet or your CRM

  4. 04

    Alert

You or your team get notified straight away

  5. 05

    Follow-up

If nobody has called yet, a reminder goes out automatically

An illustrative flow. The exact steps and tools depend on your business.

How we’ll work

  1. Talk.

A short call or chat about your business, your customers and what the website needs to do.

  2. Plan.

I map out the pages, content and any automation, and you approve it before I build.

  3. Build.

You get a live preview link to review, and we refine it together.

  4. Launch and hand over.

I connect your domain, put the site live, and show you how everything works.

About

I’m Aarya Sutar, a software developer and engineering student at NIT Trichy. Alongside my degree I’ve worked as a software engineer at Inqor AI, building subscription and payment systems, and as an AI/ML intern at Birlasoft, building document-search tools for enterprise software.

I bring that same engineering to business websites: pages that load fast, forms that actually work, and data that ends up where it should.

Questions

Do I need to have my content and photos ready?

It helps, but it isn’t required. I’ll tell you exactly what’s needed, and I can work with what you have.

Who owns the website?

You do: the domain, the content, and the code.

Can you improve my existing website instead of starting over?

Yes. I’ll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether a fix or a rebuild makes more sense.

Do you only work with businesses near you?

No. I work remotely with businesses anywhere in India, and abroad.

What do automations need from my side?

Usually a Google account and access to the tools you already use. WhatsApp automation needs a verified WhatsApp Business setup, and I’ll guide you through it.

What happens after launch?

You’ll know how to make simple updates yourself, and I’m a message away for anything bigger.
